有計劃的鋼琴教學
我不知道我小時候上過多少次鋼琴課,我的鋼琴老師只是叫我彈一首又一首歌,要求我多練習,當我彈錯了時糾正我,那就完成一課。 因此,當我第一次開始教授鋼琴時,我不知道該怎麼辦。我大約16或17歲吧。我開始教老師們如何教我,一首又一首歌,一遍又一遍地學習(因為誰不喜歡Hanon或Czerny鋼琴練習,對嗎?)。當學生彈錯了時,我改正他們,並要求他們回家練習。然後因為我有一位出色的老師,我受到啟發 ,讓我認為鼓勵學生很重要,所以我在自己的教學也盡量做到。 當我在大學學習鋼琴演奏時,我參加了一個名為“鋼琴教學法”的課程。但是課程更多的是從學術角度出發,我們所做的只是研究鋼琴教學和演奏的歷史,因此在現實生活中的鋼琴教學並沒有太大的用途。 直到我上研究院時,我才發現真正的鋼琴教學之美。由於我已經在大學裡上過鋼琴教學法課程,因此我不必再修一次。但是我決定重修課程(因為我覺得我真的不知道如何有效地教學)。我很高興自己重修了。我從講師那裡學到了很多教學的東西,直到今天仍然很適用。 我告訴我的鋼琴教學學生,教學上最重要的其中之一件事,是他們必須有一個教學計劃。不要只是去上課。老師招收學生時,必須與學生以及家長就學習目標和期望進行對話。年中不時檢查計劃,以確保按計劃進行。安排年度的表演機會,例如音樂會和音樂聚會/表演班,並在適當的時候安排考試和比賽的機會。 定期與學生和家長進行溝通,以了解是否對練習和進步有所顧慮。了解他們的演奏和練習是否有任何問題。 有計劃的教學能夠使老師,學生和家長在音樂學習之旅中充滿信心,感到放心和得到成果。
